Abstract
In contemporary world high-quality products play a vital role in settling the problems of securing high standards of living for the population. These are highquality products that secure the recovery of economy, contribute to salary and wages growth, increase employment of the population and its social welfare being an important factor in the competitive fight between the producers.
This article deals with the results of market research conducted with the purpose of revealing a place for quality criterion on the background of the other factors that inherence the final choice of the consumers when they buy bread products.
